Rezolvarea contestatiilor privind cazarea studentilor in camine - 25 septemrbie 2008
Deoarece perioada de cazare a studentilor straini bursieri ai statului roman sau pe cont propriu nevalutar s-a incheiat fara a se ocupa in totalitate locurile de cazare alocate acestora, Serviciul Cazare Studenti anunta disponibilizarea unui numar de 30 de locuri de cazare in caminul Mecanica Fina. Pentru ocuparea acestor locuri isi pot depune cereri atat studentii romani cat si cei straini cu taxa. Cererile se pot depune la sediul Serviciului Cazare Studenti, pana pe data de 14 noiembrie 2008, inclusiv, dupa urmatorul program sapamanal:
- Luni, intre orele 11:00 si 14:00
- Marti, intre orele 14:00 si 18:00
- Miercuri, intre orele 11:00 si 15:00
- Joi, intre orele 11:00 si 15:00
- Vineri, intre orele 11:00 si 14:00In cazul cetatenilor straini este obligatorie depunerea, alaturi de cererea de cazare, a situatiei scolare eliberata de secretariatul facultatii. Situatia scolara trebuie depusa si de studentii romani care nu au depus in prima perioada de cazare cerere in format electronic.
Rezultatele acestei etape de cazare se vor afisa pe 19 noiembrie 2008 la sediul Serviciului Cazare Studenti, ora 11:00.
Contractele de cazare vor putea fi ridicate intre 19 - 21 noiembrie 2008.-------------------------------------------------------------------
The Students' Senate brings you the latest news regarding the accommodation process:
As the accommodation of foreign students - with scholarships granted by the Romanian Government or on non-valutary own account - ended without having all places allocated, the Students' Accommodation Department announces having 30 accommodation places in the "Mecanica Fina" students' hostel. For these places, both foreign students with tax and Romanian students can apply. Requests may be filled in at the Students' Accommodation Department headquarters (Moxa A Hostel, Room 8), no later then the 14th of November 2008, after the following schedule:
- Mondays, between 11:00 and 14:00
- Tuesdays, between 14:00 and 18:00
- Wednesdays, between 11:00 and 15:00
- Thursdays, between 11:00 and 15:00
- Fridays, between between 11:00 and 14:00For foreign students it is mandatory to bring a transcript of records, together with the request, issued by the secretary of the faculty. The same is required for Romanian students who haven't filled in the request online in the first stage of accommodation.
The results of this phase of accommodation will be displayed on 19 November 2008 at the headquarters of the Students' Accommodation Department, at 11:00 AM.
Contracts of accommodation will be raised between the 19-21 November 2008.
